Investigating Speed Issues

If your profiles or application are running slowly, this could be due to various factors. This guide provides step-by-step solutions for the most common performance issues.

Quick Diagnosis

Start with a Basic Profile

Create a new profile without a proxy to identify the source of the problem:

✅ Everything works fine → proxy-related issue

❌ Profile is slow → system/interface issue

Profile Performance Issues

Proxy Problems

Solution 1: Change Proxy

Try a proxy with different parameters:

  • Different location
  • Different protocol
  • Different provider
Why This Helps

Proxy speed depends on:

  • Network infrastructure
  • Distance to target sites
  • Server load

Solution 2: Test Your Proxy

  1. Test your proxy in another browser
  2. If it's also slow → follow our testing guide
  3. If the issue persists → contact your proxy provider
