Saving Profile Data
Overview
Indigo X stores various types of data in browser profiles:
- Cookies 🍪
- Browsing history 📜
- Passwords 🔑
- Bookmarks 📌
- Other user data
After closing a profile, all session data is saved based on your selected storage type. Learn more about storage types.
Storage Types
Cloud Storage
All data will be available every time you launch the profile, even on different devices.
Local Storage
Data is only available on the device where you first launched the profile.
Avoid running the same profile on multiple devices simultaneously. This can lead to synchronization issues and data loss.
Synchronization Process
Follow these rules when working with profiles to ensure data preservation:
- Wait for complete data saving after stopping a profile
- Watch for the loading indicator until you see "Profile data saved"
- Close all profiles before exiting the application
Troubleshooting
Third-Party Applications
Security Conflicts
The following applications may interfere with Indigo X:
- Antivirus software
- Firewalls
- VPN clients
- Proxy applications (Proxifier, SocksEscort)
Solution: Remove conflicting applications or whitelist Indigo X in their settings.
Connection Issues
Internet Service Provider
If your ISP is blocking connections, try:
- Connecting through a VPN
- Using a different Wi-Fi network
- Using mobile internet as a hotspot
Reinstalling Components
- Locate the Indigo folder:
- Windows
- macOS
- Linux

/Users/%username%/indigo
/home/%username%/indigo
- Delete the
deps
folder
- Connect the agent and open any profile to download components
Sending Logs
If issues persist, send us your logs for analysis:
