How to Send Logs
When encountering a technical issue, logs are the first place to look for information. Send a log archive to support if you encounter any errors.
Log Collection Instructions
- Reproduce the problem or error
- Archive the logs folder from the following location:
- Windows
- macOS
- Linux
C:\Users\%username%\indigo
/Users/%username%/indigo
/home/%username%/indigo
- Send the archive and problem description to support via @indigosupport_bot
How to Reload Components
note
This action won't result in data loss: it only updates the application components that allow Indigo to work correctly.
- Disconnect the agent
- Navigate to the indigo folder:
- Windows
- macOS
- Linux
C:\Users\%username%\indigo
/Users/%username%/indigo
/home/%username%/indigo
- Delete the deps folder
- Connect the agent and open any profile: this will initiate the component download process
How to Run Mimic on Linux

Make sure you're running profiles under a standard user account, not as root. Chromium-based browsers, including Mimic, don't work correctly when run with root privileges.
