Setting Up Proxies​

  1. Check your agent status in the top right corner (should show "Connected")
  2. Navigate to "Location & Proxy" in profile settings
  3. Select your proxy type:
    • HTTP
    • HTTPS
    • SOCKS5
  4. Enter your proxy details:
    • IP or host
    • Port
    • Login
    • Password
  5. Click "Check proxy" to verify (should see "Proxy check passed")

How to Check Your Proxy Type​

You can identify your proxy type in two ways:

  1. Visit BrowserLeaks
  2. Look for the "Usage Type" parameter
  3. Check the "ISP" parameter

Using VPNs and Third-Party Apps​

Potential Conflicts

Third-party apps may conflict with Indigo:

  • Antivirus software
  • Firewalls
  • VPN applications
  • Proxy applications (e.g., Proxifier, SocksEscort)

Solutions for Third-Party Apps​

  1. Uninstall conflicting applications (recommended)
  2. Disable the applications temporarily
  3. Whitelist Indigo and its folders in application settings

VPN Usage Notes​

  • Only OpenVPN protocol is officially supported
  • Using a VPN typically means:
    • Cannot assign different IPs to each profile
    • Cannot work with multiple profiles simultaneously
    • Must work with profiles one by one
    • Need to change IP before opening each profile
