How to Manage Invoices

In this article, we will explain how to manage your invoices, what currencies we accept, and how to access payment information in Indigo X.

Important information about currencies

We only accept payments in euros (EUR) and cryptocurrencies. If you prefer to pay in a different currency, the amount will be automatically converted based on your bank's exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

How to pay an invoice

The payment process depends on your chosen method:

  • Card payment: Active subscriptions are renewed automatically. You do not need to take any action if your card is valid and has sufficient funds.
  • Cryptocurrency payment: Users who choose cryptocurrency need to pay invoices manually. An email with a payment link will be sent to your email address. Please check your inbox.

How to check the next payment date

To find out when your next subscription payment is due:

  1. Log in to your Indigo X account.
  2. Go to the "Project" section.
  3. On the right, you will see the "Payment date" line, which will indicate the next billing date.

How to check the amount due

The amount due may vary depending on the subscription renewal date. Our payment system calculates it as follows:

  • It takes into account the number of days remaining in the current billing period.
  • It takes into account the cost of your subscription.

Therefore, if you renew your subscription earlier or later than your usual payment date, the amount will be adjusted automatically.

How to download an invoice

If you need a document confirming payment:

  1. Log in to your Indigo X account.
  2. Go to the "Billing" section.
  3. Select the "Invoices" subsection.
  4. Find the required invoice in the list and click on the arrow icon (usually to the right of the invoice) to download it in PDF format.
